1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ferro app ("the App") or visiting ferroai.app ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Ferro.

2. Description of Service

Ferro is an AI-powered timer application for iOS. It uses natural language processing to create timers and provides agentic, context-aware voice commentary during sessions. The app features an organic, adaptive blob interface that responds to your activity type.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

  • Ferro offers a free trial period for new users. The trial duration and included features are displayed in the app before activation.
  • After the trial ends, continued access to Ferro requires an active Premium subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple according to their terms.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests should be directed to Apple per their refund policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Ferro uses AI to interpret natural language input and generate contextual voice comments. These outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
  • AI-generated comments are for motivational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, fitness, or otherwise).
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or trial limitations
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through the AI input

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Ferro — including the blob interface, logo, and animations — are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or Website without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ferro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Ferro.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Ferro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
